Refund policy

If a file does not work or is not what was described, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it. This applies to every paid file from The Proof Book. The free Family Update Kit has no charge, so there is nothing to refund, and you keep that kit even if you refund a paid file.

How it works

If a file does not open, does not work as described, or does not match its product page, email [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase. Use the email address you bought with, if you still have it, and tell us briefly what went wrong. We will send a fixed or replacement file, and if we cannot fix it, we will refund the price you paid.

How the money goes back

Our checkout partner processes the payment and the refund, back to the original payment method, and timing depends on that partner and your bank. We do not see your card number, and we do not ask for it in the refund email. Our checkout partner is Payhip.

What this covers

This policy covers digital templates sold on theproofbook.com. It does not cover advice from your own attorney or accountant, and it does not cover fees those professionals charge you. This policy applies once you have actually been charged.
